Startup of a New Plant in Balsas – MA

Dujua has successfully completed the startup of the expansion of Inpasa’s plant in Balsas – MA, reinforcing its commitment to deadlines, quality, and excellence in the execution of industrial projects. The delivery was carried out according to the established schedule, as a result of the integrated work between engineering, fabrication, assembly, and commissioning.

The project involved the installation of a second boiler, a technically sensitive intervention that required a high level of precision, planning, and care at every stage. With the completion of the startup, Inpasa now benefits from increased production capacity, greater operational reliability, and optimized industrial processes.

Among the equipment supplied and installed by Dujua in this project are belt conveyors, drag conveyors (redlers), a surge silo, as well as platforms, walkways, and structural support towers. The entire system was developed and executed in compliance with technical specification and safety standards, following Dujua’s quality, robustness, and reliability benchmarks.
