The residue chipper is equipment designed to receive, chip, disintegrate, and process the material rejected by the classification screens. It is composed of a central rotor with knives and a lower screen, ensuring that only material with the required dimensions returns to the process.
It was developed with a robust structure made of thick steel plates, fully welded, and a rotor with 2 or 6 knives, dynamically and statically balanced. An easily adjustable counter-knife system ensures processing efficiency.
The chipper can be installed at strategic points in industrial process lines, such as in pellet production.
It is fed through an inlet located at the top, while discharge occurs by gravity at the bottom.
