The disc sorting screen is a piece of equipment developed to receive and physically sort biomass by size, creating a main fraction destined for the industrial process and another called reject, with sizes that exceed what is acceptable for the system, and eliminating it through the reject duct.
Request an estimateThe vibrating screen is a piece of equipment designed to receive and sort the most varied biomass types into the particle sizes required for the process. It has 1 to 6 stainless-steel mesh screens, strategically arranged, fixed and tensioned in the internal structure of the equipment.
The opening of the screens decreases from top to bottom level, taking into account the characteristics of the material to be sorted, its particle size distribution, desired cuts and other factors.
The sieving screens have a progressive degree of sloping, which angle works as if the actual opening of the screen were smaller than its actual opening. This feature allows for use of large meshes so that all particles larger or smaller than the desired cuts are eliminated immediately, practically at the screen’s feed point.
Request an estimateThe crusher is a piece of equipment designed to receive, chop, disintegrate and process the material rejected by the sorting screens. It comprises a central drum with knives and a bottom screen to ensure that only material with the required dimensions returns to the process.
