Horizontal Silo
The horizontal silo is a piece of equipment designed to receive and store the most varied biomass types used in processes or burning. It is usually associated with the Travelling Screw Reclaimer. Their sizes and capacities may vary according to the project needs.
Its main feature is that it stores the largest volume of biomass totally enclosed, with the advantage of decreasing the moisture percentage, improving boiler performance. The floor can be made of masonry or gravel, and its structure can be totally or partially metal, considering some strategic points in masonry according to the needs of each project.

Rectangular Silo (Fast Discharge)
The rectangular silo is a piece of equipment designed to receive and store the most varied biomass types used in processes or burning. It is usually used for unloading into trucks.
The sizes and capacities of silos may vary according to the project needs.
The material is unloaded by gravity through gates located at the bottom that are driven by a hydraulic system. To select the silo that is appropriate for your project, always consider the capacity and the type of biomass to be stored.

Vertical Silo
The vertical silo is a piece of equipment designed to receive and store the most varied biomass types used in processes or burning. It is usually associated with the Travelling Screw Reclaimer. Their sizes and capacities may vary according to the project needs.
We work with 3 models, Vertical Silo with Swing Screw, Vertical Silo with Screw Supported at Both Ends and Internal Drive, which are designed for a greater volumetric capacity, and the Vertical Silo with Screw Supported at Both Ends and External Drive, which includes the drive outside the silo base, increasing the diameter of the silo support structure due to the size required for the 360° rotation of the drive.
The bases of Vertical Silos, where the Screw Reclaimer equipment is attached, can be made of masonry or metal.
