Rotors undergo inspections during the entire machining process to ensure dimensional reliability for perfect assembly. Moreover, all rotors are fine-tuned to balance the residual weights caused by the manufacturing process. This process performs analysis through vibration at speed or movement and corrects it with balancing. When the unbalance is repaired, it is possible to prevent premature wear of the equipment, prevent movement of parts and reduce the risk of accidents.
